Some errors that include:

1. Perform traveling while you can

Abstrak 

Peluang bisnis komputer dilingkungan kampus adalah sangat besar. Toko computer  A adalah salah satu diantara sekian banyak toko di sekitar kampus yang memanfaatkan peluang bisnis ini. Toko komputer mempunyai celah Market Share (andil pasar) saat ini sebesar 23 % dengan tujuan Market Share (andil pasar) yang ditetapkan sebesar 50%. Kondisi persaingan toko komputer seperti ini menuntut toko komputer A melakukan rencana pengembangan bisnis sebagai pedoman bisnis untuk dapat bersaing dan memenangkan persaingan dengan toko – toko komputer pesaingnya. Rencana pengembangan bisnis yang dilakukan dalam aspek pemasaran, manajemen, dan keuangan. 

Sebelum melakukan rencana pengembangan bisnis,sebuah toko computer melakukan analisis keunggulan tokonya dengan pesaing di sekitarnya.Analisis posisi keunggulan took computer A terhadap pesaingnya menggunakan Costumer Value Map (nilai pemetakan pelanggan). Hasil penelitan adalah toko komputer A mempunyai keunggulan terhadap pesaingnya, sehingga toko komputer A dapat melakukan rencana pengembangan 

Rencana pengembangan bisnis untuk aspek pasar menggunakan matrik tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan rencana pengembangan bisnis dalam bidang manajemen adalah dengan mengatasi kelemahan sistem manajemen yang berdasar analisa terhadap sistem manajemen mencakup struktur organisasi, dan data history alokasi pekerjaan, keahlian, jumlah karyawan, dan sistem penggajian. Rencana pengembangan di bidang keuangan, menggunakan analisis kelayakan investasi, Net Working Capital, dan analisis rasio hutang. 

Rencana pengembangan bisnis untuk aspek pasar yang pertama adalah memperbanyak informasi keterangan barang untuk menyelesaikan masalah kelengkapan barang. Kedua adalah mempersiapkan perhitungan Minimum Order Quantity (banyaknya pemesanan) untuk memecahkan masalah ketersediaan barang. Terakhir adalah memperbanyak rekanan dalam bidang servis dan mulai mempelajari jasa perbaikan diluar komputer untuk mengatasi masalah kelengkapan jasa perbaikan. 

Rencana pengembangan bisnis dalam bidang manajemen adalah merekrut beberapa pegawai untuk di pekerjakan sebagai bussines support dan technical support agar dapat mengatasi masalah kekurangan sumber daya manusia. 

Rencana pengembangan bisnis dalam bidang keuangan adalah membuka peluang investasi bagi investor baru berdasarkan analisis kelayakan investasi dan memanfaatkan peluang untuk melakukan kredit atau pinjaman berdasarkan analisis rasio hutang.

Berkembangnya teknologi di dunia  sekaligus ikut memberikan kesempatan bisnis baru maupun lapangan pekerjaan yang baru kepada setiap orang.komputer saat sangat di butuhkan oleh setiap orang dari yang masih sekolah,kuliah sampai yang bekerja,tidak dapat di pungkiri bahwa semakin berkembangnya teknologi membuat setiap orang akan membutuhkan komputer baik digunakan untuk bekerja, belajar,browsing dan bahkan hanya untuk main games saja.bisa anda bayang kan betapa di butuhkan nya computer saat ini. maka membangun sebuah toko komputer adalah sebuah keputusan yang benar walau pun banyak peluang usaha yang lain. sebelum anda membangun sebuah toko komputer anda harus memperhatikan beberapa hal penting untuk menghindari kegagalan dalam bisnis anda.ini adalah beberapa hal yang harus anda perhatikan dalam membangun toko computer adalah sebagai berikut :

1. Sebelum memulai usaha hal terpenting adalah pemahaman konsep produk atau jasa. Kita harus memahami teknis produksi, pasar, dan prospek (mulai dari lingkungan yang terkecil sampai terbesar).
2. Membuat visi dan misi bisnis. Tujuannya, agar focus menjalankan usaha. Sering sekali suatu usaha jatuh bangkrut saat berkembang, sebabnya tak focus terhadap pengembangan perusahaan tapi terlalu banyak mencoba mengembangkan usaha lain. 
3. Mempunyai mental tahan banting, pikiran positip, dan mau belajar. Sikap tak mudah menyerah, mau belajar, dan melihat permasalahan secara positip membuat tak mudah putus asa dalam memulai usaha atau mampu membaca peluang usaha. 
4. membuat perencanaan dan strategi usaha yang efektif. Umumnya, kegagalan usaha kecil dan menengah disebabkan tak adanya atau kurang efektifnya perencanaan. 
5. Bekali diri dengan pengetahuan dasar manajemen, dan organisasi atau system. Karena, setiap usaha dari yang paling terkecil sekalipun membutuhkan manajemen yang baik untuk memastikan proses pemasaran, produksi, distribusi, dan penjualan. System menajemen yang buruk akan mengakibatkan pembengkakan biaya yang tidak perlu, pekerja tak produktif, jobdis pekerjaan tidak jelas, koordinasi, dan komunikasi antar pegawai tidak efektif sehingga banyak keputusan yang terlambat. 
6. Kreaktif dan punya jiwa kepemimpinan. Dalam memulai usaha umumnya setiap calon entrepreneur akan banyak mengalami permasalahan dan krisis.banyak kegagalan terjadi karena kurangnya kreaktivitas dan jiwa kepemimpinan. Kreaktivitas seperti ’ berpikir diluar kebiasaan umum ’ atau kemampuan melakukan analisa permasalahan di luar pemahaman yang sudah ada dan mencari alternatif solusi kreaktif akan sangat membantu semua permasalahan usaha.  

Setelah semua yang di atas anda penuhi anda tinggal Menciptakan Branding (Merek) untuk toko komputer anda dalam semalam memang hal yang sulit, tapi kalau untuk seminggu atau sebulan.Kiat-kiat sehat untuk mengembangkan Brand(Merek) toko komputer yang kuat ala Malcolm Gladwell Wimkhan :

Kesuksesan di dunia memang bukan milik para pemalas. Jika anda ingin calon konsumen anda berbelanja di toko kebanggan anda, maka aktif lah berpromosi di lokasi strategis tempat calon konsumen anda berpusat. Untuk yang mengincar segmen mahasiswa, kegiatan dan lokasi yang masih bernuansa kampus adalah hal yang tepat.Bagaimana kalau target market anda adalah para pegawai negeri? Mudah saja, beriklanlah di acara-acara yang sering digelar oleh departemen-departemen atau BUMN. Di seminar boleh, simposium bisa, diskusi panel atau workshop juga oke.

• Pegawai yang menyenangkan.

Layanilah para pengunjung dan calon pembeli di toko anda dengan baik. Semuanya, baik itu kepada mereka yang sungguh-sungguh ingin membeli atau kepada mereka yang hanya sekedar bertanya-tanya. Entah sudah berapa banyak calon pembeli potensial yang lenyap hanya karena para pegawai anda tidak memperlakukan mereka dengan baik ketika mereka hanya sedang ingin bertanya- tanya.
